Who We Are
Sujit Sitole, Managing Partner
Cambridge West Partners was founded by Sujit Sitole in 2014. Sujit has worked across a wide range of property types, markets and strategies over twenty years in the real estate investment and development industry. He earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Finance from Rutgers University. He is a lifelong resident of the Boston area who continues to spend time throughout the Northeast for work and play.
Jonathan Moy, Managing Partner
Jonathan joined Cambridge West Partners in 2025 as a co-managing partner. He has worked across a variety of geographies in the US and globally across multiple property types, with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use transit-oriented development, industrial and data centers. Prior to joining Cambridge West, Jonathan spent nine years at a multi billion-dollar single family office building out their real estate investment platform, eight years at the Baupost Group sourcing and executing real estate transactions in the public and private markets globally, two years at Apollo Real Estate Advisors (AREA), and began his career at Merrill Lynch in their real estate investment banking group. He earned his BA in Economics from Stanford University.
Tom Uszakiewicz, Analyst
Tom is a recent MBA graduate of Brandeis University International Business School with a concentration in Real Estate. Previously, he earned his BA from Brown University where he majored in Business Economics and was a member of the football team. Prior to joining Cambridge West, Tom was an Analyst at Grossman Development Group where he assisted on both acquisitions and development. In his free time, Tom enjoys being outdoors, running, and attending concerts and sporting events.
